Why are fundraising & community engagement important ?

Fundraising & community engagement are important areas because they support our organization’s work by providing consistent revenue and setting up opportunities for future engagement with donors. Fundraising allows our organization to fund its mission and pay overhead costs. Through feedback, community engagement enables our organization to listen and, in turn, demonstrate the impact of community contribution. Community engagement, then, builds deeper, stronger and more trusting relationships between our organization and the communities we serve.

What is the goal of fundraising & community engagement?

The goals of fundraising and community engagement are to sustain daily operations and support our organization’s mission by achieving fundraising targets, objectives and aspirations as well as increasing recognition for the importance of our organization’s mission.
